Great Food,
Loud Bikes,
Zero Pretences.

My name is Hemang. Folks that know me well enough call me Mangu.
The first childhood memory I have is of sharing food. I think that became a precursor to my life today.
Food is the least common denominator for us humans after air and water, which is mostly a given, except in Pune perhaps where both of these givens have been killing people regularly. Sorry, unnecessary digression.
I have travelled at least 50 countries for food. I won’t remember the monuments and sights, but I remember the shades of the sunset, the conversations I had during a memorable meal; shared with closed ones and even strangers.
At The Pitlane Cafe; we got the sunset view; sort of. What we nailed is the vibe and culture of the place where conversations flow, silences are not sullen and life is better over a meal that we prepare.
Everyone has a story to tell, not everyone knows how to tell it. We built (not bought) a safe house to share all kinds of stories and food.
Feed the stomach and enrich the soul.
Oh yes, we are also a motorcycle garage – not a fake or forced motorcycle theme place that vanish as soon as their novelty ends.
Looking forward to our next conversation.
